    • Yes.
  • Do I need to get measuring spoons and a scale?
    • Yes.
    • The only way to take the correct, personalized dose calculated for YOUR needs is to measure it yourself.
    • That is one reason we recommend pure, powdered Supplements in most instances.
    • The scale should be able to measure in milligrams (mg) and grams (g).
    • You should obtain mini-measuring spoons.
    • These are usually inexpensive items and can be ordered on-line.
  • Understanding your My Supplement Selectortm Report / How do I interpret my Report?
    • The Report is self-explanatory.
    • Still, when you receive your My Supplement Selectortm Report via email, there will be two attachments.
    • One explains the Report, the other provides Instructions on taking Supplements.
  • Where can I obtain Supplements?
    • Virtually every Supplement in the My Supplement Selector tm database is available either on-line or in brick-and-mortar stores.
  • What are the differences among My Supplement Selectortm Basic, My Supplement Selectortm Advanced and the Pre-Configured My Supplement Selectorstm?

  • Why do some Supplements appear more than once in my Report?
    • Some Supplements are effective for more than one Intent and may appear in more than one Category.
    • DO NOT DOUBLE-UP, TRIPLE-UP, ETC., ON THESE (or any) SUPPLEMENTS.
    • ONLY TAKE ONE DOSING.
      • REPEAT - DO NOT DOUBLE-UP, TRIPLE-UP, ETC., ON THESE (or any) SUPPLEMENTS.
    • We cannot predict in what order someone will initiate Supplementation.
    • Neither can we predict if someone will have a change of mind and decide not to Supplement for an Intent.
    • Therefore, to give our customers the greatest flexibility, we make all the information available.
  • Why do some Supplements appear more than once in my E-Mail Communications? (My Supplement Selectortm Advanced and Pre-Configured My Supplement Selectorstm only)
    • The answer is basically the same as the one above.
    • Some Supplements are effective for more than one Intent and may appear in more than one Category.
    • DO NOT DOUBLE-UP, TRIPLE-UP, ETC., ON THESE (or any) SUPPLEMENTS
    • ONLY TAKE ONE DOSING.

  • The same Supplement is used at different dosages for different Intents. What do I do?
    • The same Supplement may be used at different dosages for different Intents.
      • If a Supplement appears more than once, you may take the highest stated dosage.
      • Of course, if a lower dose works for you, then do not take the highest dosage. Take the lowest dosage that works for you.
        • The higher amount will satisfy all the other uses for that Supplement.
  • Why should I take some Supplements with meals?
    • Some Supplements are absorbed better when taken with food.
    • Some Supplements are less likely to cause gastrointestinal upset when taken with meals.
  • What are My Supplement Selectortm updates?
    • For one year after your date of purchase, we will inform you of any changes to your Supplementation regimen of which we become aware.
    • For example, if a new Supplement that meets our criteria for inclusion AND it is used for any of your Intents, we will notify you.
  • Can I upgrade My Supplement Selectortm from Basic to Advanced?
    • No.
  • I deleted or lost my Report. How can I get another copy?
    • Simply sign into your Account. There you will find an option to have another copy sent to you. Choose it and you are done.
  • I have My Supplement Selectortm Advanced and/or the Pre-Configured My Supplement Selectorstm. How do I activate my email Communications?
    • To activate your Communications for adding Supplements and/or progressing dosing:
      • From your emailed Report, click on “Click Here” to login to your Account and login.
      • You can also log into your Account directly by clicking on the User icon.
      • Input the date you began taking the first Supplement for an Intent.
      • That’s It!
    • Communications for that Intent, informing you when to add a Supplement and/or increase the dosing of a Supplement, will be sent to you automatically.
  • I have My Supplement Selectortm Advanced and/or the Pre-Configured My Supplement Selectorstm and I have not received my email Communications. What should I do?
    • Make sure that you activated your Communications for adding Supplements and/or progressing dosing.
      • To activate your Communications for adding Supplements and/or progressing dosing:
        • From your emailed Report, click on “Click Here” to login to your Account and login.
        • You can also log into your Account directly by clicking on the User icon.
        • Input the date you began taking the first Supplement for an Intent.
      • If you have activated your Communications, double-check your email address to ensure that it is correct.
